Pre-sleep protein snacks are consumed to stimulate overnight muscle protein synthesis, aiding muscle growth and recovery, especially after exercise. They can also improve sleep quality by increasing sleep-inducing hormones like melatonin and stabilizing blood sugar levels, preventing disruptions. NOTE: Please check whether it is athlete-friendly or fitness-friendly. Athlete-friendly means that it uses batch-tested ingredients and has a decreased risk of substances listed in the WADA list. To be consumed between 2 - 3 hours before bed
