Preparing for upcoming Competition
Service Description
To prepare for the upcoming competition, you would need to start preparing weeks before the competition with our Nutrition Group Coaching. Weeks before competition, you would need to make sure that the Swimmer is able to: - improve the food intakes to get sufficient energy and nutrient intakes - be familiarised with the meal timings and - be familiarised with the quantity and type of food during the competition day. During each week, we will be focusing on these three areas. We will also provide you with a list of food combination for the specific scenarios. After these coaching sessions, you will: - know how to time the meals to help with swimming performance - be able to plan on what to eat on weeks leading up to the competition and on the competition day. Please note that a ticket only admits one. For example, for parents, if you are intending to bring your child, your child requires an additional ticket.
