Service Description

Hydration testing would need to take place at the training venue. Hydration testing includes the estimated hydration status before training and weighing of body weight before and after training. Please note that all payments made in person would be via Pay Now QR code (for Singapore).

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged For in-person sessions, please note that a ticket only admits one. For example, for parents, if you are intending to bring your child, your child requires an additional ticket.
