About the event
Our recipes are Chef's and Accredited Nutritionist's certified. You would be taught various dishes that make up a complete meal for the particular meal times and scenarios such as:
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on rest days,
4 hours before training/ competition
3 hours before training/ competition
2 hours before training/ competition
Post-training/ competition snacks
