We only take in meal orders 5 days in advance

Once you have chosen the meal options for Breakfast and Main Meals (Lunch and Dinner) for the week, we will send you the ingredients required for you to cook the meals.

It is best to order a week's worth of meal prep kits.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with a meal or meal ingredient ordered on our sites for any reason, please contact us at belle@mydietarystrategies.com within seven (7) days of the date at which the items were delivered. Depending on the circumstances, we may in our sole discretion, provide an exchange for the particular food item at our expense or provide discount coupons for future deliveries under your meal subscription or meal purchases, as applicable.
